Daily Growth is a smartphone app that provides carers daily parenting support. Daily Growth is designed to help you connect with your child, and support your child to learn how to manage their emotions and behaviour.
Daily Growth is based on the latest parenting research from Deakin University and internationally. Supporting children to develop strong emotion regulation skills prepares them for the challenges of life, and helps prevent mental health problems.
We know that caring for young children can be busy and stressful. With the help of carers just like you, we have designed the app and program to fit into your life. You only need a couple of minutes each day and are in control of when you want support. We will prompt you twice a day with a notification to check in with how you are going and will provide you with a resource if you choose. If its not a good time, thats okay. Well check in again later.
